We stand behind the description and condition stated in each listing. Parts are represented as functional unless a defect or nonfunctional condition is clearly disclosed before purchase. If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from its description, contact us so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate resolution under our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Product condition and images

New-product listings may use manufacturer or supplier images. We do not claim that every sealed new product is individually function-tested. Any used or OEM take-off condition and known defects will be stated in its listing.

Manufacturer warranties

Any manufacturer warranty is governed by its actual written terms, including eligibility, duration, exclusions and claim procedures. We do not promise manufacturer coverage solely because a brand is listed. Reporting a problem

Include your order number, part number and a description of the problem. For shipping damage, please contact us promptly, preferably within 48 hours, and retain the packaging and photos if available. This request does not waive statutory rights. Electrical-component return exclusions do not bar claims for defective or incorrectly supplied items.

Installation and legal use

Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and confirm fitment and lawful use before installation. Professional installation is recommended for safety-critical components. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse or unauthorized modification may fall outside applicable coverage where permitted by law.

Your consumer rights

Nothing on this page or elsewhere on our site excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Product-specific express warranties and applicable consumer protections remain in effect.
