Overview

This website is operated by Acceleron Automotive. These terms apply to use of our website and purchases from our store. You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement and must not use our website or products for unlawful purposes.

Products, condition and fitment

We sell automotive replacement and performance parts. The product listing identifies the part number, application and any disclosed condition or restrictions. New, used and take-off parts must be identified in their individual listings; a used-part description does not apply to every item. Images may include manufacturer or supplier photographs.

Check your vehicle year, engine, trim and manufacturer application before purchasing. Contact us if uncertain. This request does not exclude our responsibility for an inaccurate description or incorrectly supplied product.

Installation, emissions and lawful use

Follow manufacturer instructions and use a qualified installer where appropriate. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse or unauthorized modification may not be covered by the applicable warranty. Fitment does not establish emissions legality. Restrictions differ by product, vehicle and jurisdiction. Review the specific listing and manufacturer documentation before purchase. An off-road label does not override federal or state law. We do not represent every performance part as legal in all 50 states.

Orders, pricing and availability

Prices, availability and applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown on the listing and at checkout. If an error or availability issue affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it. Orders may be declined or canceled for lawful reasons such as suspected fraud, destination restrictions or unavailable stock. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a full, prompt refund.

Shipping and backorders

See our Shipping Policy for processing and transit estimates. Backordered items follow the supplier estimate disclosed on their product page. If a stated shipment time cannot be met, we will notify you and offer the choice to consent to the delay or cancel for a full, prompt refund as required by law. Contact us about missing or damaged deliveries so we can investigate.

Returns and refunds

Request eligible returns within 14 days of delivery under our Refund Policy. Change-of-mind exclusions do not eliminate remedies for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items, including electrical components. Report problems promptly, preferably within 48 hours; this request does not waive applicable legal rights.

Warranties and remedies

Our Warranty & Guarantee page explains our product-condition commitment and how to request help. Any manufacturer warranty is governed by that manufacturer’s actual terms and eligibility requirements. No blanket as-is statement in these terms overrides an express warranty or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Labor, installation and consequential-loss reimbursement depends on the applicable warranty and law; no provision here excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights concerning our own inaccurate descriptions, incorrectly supplied products, fraud, or other conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Website content and privacy

Logos, images and other content belong to Acceleron Automotive or their respective owners. Do not reuse protected content without the appropriate permission. Third-party links are provided for reference and are subject to those sites’ policies. See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data.

Updates and governing law

Changes apply prospectively from the posted update date and do not retroactively reduce rights under existing orders. Colorado law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections and other applicable law.
